  • Venture with WexTrust Capital on behalf of a German investment fund to acquire and originate high yield and distressed mortgage debt

  • Venture with Trinity Investments on behalf of a publicly traded hotel company to develop a Four Seasons Hotel, luxury villas and golf courses in Los Cabos, Mexico

  • Venture with Trinity Investments on behalf of a foreign hotel and spa operator to develop a luxury spa at the Kohala Hotel in Hawaii

  • Ventures with Michael Swerdlow, Hollywood, Inc., and others, including Armando Codina, on behalf of a real estate opportunity fund to acquire, develop and re-develop various venues in Florida, including, Los Olas Riverwalk, Ft. Lauderdale, a portfolio of regional malls, and a several hundred acre integrated light-industrial, hotel and entertainment facility on the Miami International Airport corridor

  • Venture with Grupo Frondosa and the Steiner Group on behalf of a real estate opportunity fund to acquire and develop luxury condominiums and golf course in a suburb of Mexico City, Mexico

  • Venture with The Dinerstein Companies on behalf of Egyptian investor group to develop luxury apartment complexes in the Southeast

  • Venture with Millenium Partners on behalf of a Saudi Arabian investment group to acquire and develop the Sony Metro Center complex on West 67th Street, NYC

  • Venture with Donald Trump on behalf of a real estate opportunity fund to acquire and develop the West Side Penn Yards

  • Venture with Donald Trump on behalf of a real estate opportunity fund to acquire and develop the Columbus Avenue Circle Site
